Jehoshua House proposes to use its best asset – the ability to attract, train, deploy, manage and empower committed volunteers – to reduce the cycle of crime and recidivism in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. We seek Christians who are willing to serve on Alpha Teams, and to Mentor Offenders and Ex-Offenders (“life on life discipleship”), individually and in small groups. We seek entrepreneurial and existing businesses that are willing to create and/or provide jobs for ex-offenders… providing a living wage… and hope for the future. We seek transitional housing options for those who have no place to live, and seek professionals who are willing to provide transitional services to those ex-offenders. We seek to find ways of reintegrating families, provide professional counseling and direction and provide the critical help needed to help them become productive members of our community.

What Do We Need?
